Orders and Shipping

At checkout, you can select your desired shipping option (which will display options upon entering your shipping address/country). If your order qualifies for free shipping it will display at checkout.

We use UPS ground to ship on all orders under 150 lbs (4-5) day transit and Freight on all orders over 150 lbs (4-6 days).

All orders ship within 2 business days of being received, most ship the same or next business day.

You will have the option to create an account at checkout.

Customers will be provided with tracking numbers once labels or BOLs (Bill of Lading) are created.

 Credit Card information is never stored or kept on file unless you are a Dealer/Wholesaler

Sales Tax is only charged for customers with a billing address in the state of Texas

We will ship to any country, either from here or from Lonestar in AUS

Winches are pre packaged and foamed in so most orders will ship in multiple boxes. This information will be available when tracking your shipping on the UPS website.

Returns and Exchanges

All items can be returned for full refund within 14 business days as long as they have never been used or installed.

Custom cut lengths of chain or wire are not available for return.

All package materials must be saved by the customer along with the shipping label until the warranty claim is complete with UPS email warranty activation forms to the same place: info@hammermarine.com
